Evony Guide – Building Prestige

Prestige is a sort of ranking system in Evony. You have prestige, title, population, honor and cities, but prestige is the one to try and build, it is valueed rather highly by many including me. Here are some quick tips on how to build prestige.

Attacking NPC villages.
A good guide when you attacking npc villages is to send the right ammount of troops that you need to finish the attack, because if you send too many you will gain less prestige, the more you are over the less your points will get. Also if you do not suffer any losses in the attack you will not gain any prestige points.

Fortifications on building.
Another evony tip i can give you is to always keep a que of fortifications like rolling logs, archer towers, traps, and such running as you’re playing. This keeps those prestige points rolling, just keep a que in every city you own.

Warrior training.
Build 20 barracks in one village and keep training your warriors and you will make about 20 prestige every 10 seconds. You’ll get 1 prestige point for every warrior you build and they take roughly 10 seconds to build. So with your 20 barracks you’ll make 20 prestige every 10 seconds. Yes i know its boring but should you need an easy way to build some prestige quiickly then this evony tip will help you do just that.

Remember if you play a smart evony game you will be high in the ranks and become a powerful opponent. So use some of these tips and become an “evony king, or queen”.

Evony Guide to using relief stations

What exactly is a relief station? Before I get into that let me ask you something, Isn’t it a pain how slow troops and especially transports travel between your cities and your allies? If you have not guessed it by now, relief stations speed up you travelling time between cities. This is where one important evony strategy that you need to use comes in.

Lets say you get a message that one of your farm cities is about to be attacked and its far from your troops, you probably would not get there in time and have to deal with a destroyed city.

The best evony help I could give you is that you should have had some relief stations, a level eight or nine relief station would have cut your travel time from an hour or so to just minutes. Which means you would have been ready for the attack.

This also benefits your transports, you can have cities far apart that farm different resources and have no long waiting time in your main city for the transports to bring what you need to further build your army. This will obviously help you immensely when your army desperately needs iron or food or something.

So if there is one evony tip you should use it is to not forget the trusty old relief station.

Evony Tips – dominate evony with these strategies

Hi Chris here,

So, you have been looking for evony tips and found my site? Well be glad you did as that is what im writing about.

By far the greatest tip I can share with you is for when you first start out on a server, new or not this will put you on a good foothold for your future.

By far the biggest mistake any evony player makes at the beginning of a game is that they will concentrate on their army and troops. What this does is when you come out of your beginner protection you do not have enough resources to sustain you when people start to attack, and they will attack you.

So now you are continuously getting attacked by other players, and you are getting fed up because you have no way of feeding your troops and creating new ones as they are being killed because of your lack of resources. So you quit and leave the server.

Here is how I do it:
Start off on a new server by concentrating all your efforts on building resources. Remember that you will be in beginners protection for the first 7 days so you cannot be attacked, so use this time to generate resources instead of troops.

I generally go about filling my resource fields by building a farm, a stone mine and the rest I divide between lumber mills and iron mines. Remember lumber and iron on the market will be worth at least twice the price of food later on, so you can always sell your extra iron and lumber later on the market and buy food to feed your troops. I find this a more efficient way to start out a city.

The next thing to remember is that you never come out of beginners protection to early or before your ready. Should you want to leave beginners protection early you can by upgrading your town hall to L5. I would not do this as I want to use this “Safe Haven” to get ahead with things and become ready.

What you can also do once your resources are building up nicely is to build your walls and get your wall defences filled with as many archers towers as you can. You never know when a strong player will teleport to near your city. If this happened when you where off-line and out of beginner protection with no city walls and defences then your city could be destroyed by the time you log back on.
